| We require a suitably experienced person to join our Corporate Services Department for up to 52 weeks to cover maternity leave.
The successful applicant would take responsibility for proactively leading the HR activity within the Association complying with the needs of the business, best practice and current employment legislation. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in a H.R. environment; possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret employment legislation into practice.
A recognised qualification in H.R. Management or working towards a qualification would be desirable although not essential.
