Do you have the skills to sell our homes?

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of selling homes to join our Sales Team. Your work will centre on Social Homebuy, Resales, Staircasing, HOOP and RTA products: you'll make sure there is maximum take up, find out what our customers want, and build the reputation of Notting Hill Housing. You'll work with a range of colleagues and external partners, including local authority representatives, agents and solicitors to ensure that your sales run smoothly and that your targets are met.

First hand experience of either Social Homebuy, Re-sales or Staircasing programmes is desirable but not essential. Communication skills will be critical to your success, not just when you're dealing with prospective customers, but when you're supporting colleagues and maintaining external relationships. You'll gain a good understanding of the house buying process and knowledge of the legal issues relating to Low Cost Home Ownership products.
