Would you get the most out of our lettings team? We are looking for a motivated manager to head our four-strong lettings team. With your support the team will deliver an excellent customer-focussed lettings service, resolving issues quickly, using feedback to improve performance, and meeting targets with consistency and ease.

You'll need to have experience gained in an affordable housing environment and a solid understanding of the everyday issues that crop up in the running of an RSL. You'll also demonstrate the drive always to be looking for ways to improve the lettings service. Most importantly, you'll be a natural communicator - as comfortable handling an unhappy customer as you are motivating your staff.

This position is a maternity cover for six months with the possibility of extension.
